Melissa Forbes has learned the art of breath from Indian sages, including studying directly with UG Krishnamurti, as well as K. Pattabhi Jois (1915-2009) and his son T. K. V. Desikachar in Mysore and Madras, India, respectively. Both Desikachar and Jois are credited with fueling the resurgence of Hatha Yoga in the Western hemisphere in recent decades.

If you are feeling slightly out of sorts, listen to the Breathing Meditation and practice this technique. This is a wonderful tool that you can use any time to realign and get balanced!
