The work with the book was amazing, understood so much about myself and the deep healing part has began now after the actual work with the book is finished - every morning I wake up with another layer exposed.
I strongly recommend the work - use patience as sometimes the exercises seems unrelated to what you really wanted to heal but it all comes together
