Thanks Selena, after the meditation I have hardly any clothes left in my closet!!! espically when we got to the spirtial and soul levels most of my closet wanted to go to chairty. I also really enjoyed the stuck portion of the call...ah ah aha!
I am aware I have been stuck in some areas, but ahas kept coming to me as to how stuck I really am,,kind of scary and liberating at the same time. So much of my energy I am giving away from the heart and not leaving much for me to expand on myself. No wonder I have been craving change. Thanks for putting this series out. I am learning alot about myself from these ladies!
