Dr. Scout Cloud Lee is a master of living your dreams. Scout, whose ancestry is a blending of English, German, French and Seminole, knows all about “pulling herself up by the bootstraps.” She has survived divorce, bankruptcy, artificial knee and shoulder replacements, terminal cancer, AND 38 days on the CBS hit show, Survivor. Living into the meaning of her name, in all settings she is known as a trailblazer, forerunner, pathfinder and innovator as she dares to step through perceived horizons with dynamism and vigor. Simply stated she truly is a “scout” that surveys new territories and then empowers people with what she found and learned so they can travel the trail more gracefully.

Academically and professionally, her accomplishments are extensive. With degrees in theology, counseling, and education, her professional experience includes leadership positions in the areas of therapeutic recreation, graduate curriculum development, extensive research projects, and as the Chief Executive Officer of Vision Us, Inc. A former professor at the University of Illinois and Oklahoma State University, Scout has been awarded numerous federal grants for her research in peak performance and human excellence. Scout created and set the standards for Leisure Counseling and Accessibility for the Handicapped. Her professional experience includes 20 plus years as a Corporate Executive Coach and Team Developer. Traveling throughout the world as a highly acclaimed keynote speaker and corporate training consultant, she utilizes her intuitive knowledge to tap and elicit audiences' finest excellence. Scout has motivated top executives and teams from organizations such as Federal Highway Administration — FHWA, Kimberly-Clark Corporation, Chickasaw Nation, ITT, Ford Motor Co., United States Postal Service, Federal Aviation Administration, Universities, American Association for Women in Television, IBM International and many, many more.

True to her Native American lineage, she is an enchanting storyteller with many stories to tell! Scout is the author of eleven books and hundreds of articles on various subjects and has been featured in documentaries and has appeared on television specials by all major television networks.

Throughout all aspects of her work Scout presents a new vision for our personal, spiritual, and corporate lives, exploring through example what our world would be like if we revered life and all that is in it and played well together. Wherever she is, Scout’s message journeys straight to the heart as she holds in reverence all religions, philosophies and beliefs. She offers an invitation to come together as one family on Earth.
