Creating Heaven On Earth & How You Can Contribute To Planetary Evolution: Embracing Our Unclaimed Light & Integrating Our Shadow
As we progress towards the year 2012, we are at a critical juncture in the Evolution of Human Consciousness. We have the opportunity as a Human Race to create Heaven on Earth. The Taoist Yogi-Christ Lineage of North America has been working together with the Hierarchy of Ascended Masters for some time to usher Planet Earth into the Diamond Age of Enlightenment, predicted to start in the year 2160 and to last for an initial trial period of three thousand years. As we move towards 2012, we are experiencing the Dawning of this New Day in Consciousness – a prelude to what will come.
The Diamond Age of Enlightenment is foreseen by the Ascended Masters of East and West to be greater than the greatest Golden Age that ever existed on Planet Earth.
The Ascended Masters tell us that during the Diamond Age, Enlightened Awareness will be the baseline of consciousness for the entire human race. If human beings demonstrate that they are ready for Heaven on Earth during the three-thousand-year trial period, the age of Kali Yuga – the Age of Darkness – will be permanently eradicated from the galactic evolutionary cycle and will be replaced by the Diamond Age.
Many people ask me, "How do I assist in ushering in Heaven on Earth?" We've put together this information to give you some guidelines and sacred practices to move yourself and Humanity forward into the Diamond Age.
The greatest thing we can do to support the Evolution of Consciousness is to create ourselves as Unified Beings, and thereby create our world as a Unified World.
One of the greatest mysteries of human consciousness is that whatever aspects of our consciousness we are unable to accept and integrate, we end up projecting those aspects outside of us - either onto another or even onto an entire segment of society. We do this both with our Light and our Darkness - both individually and collectively. When we are aware that this Play of Consciousness is taking place, we can use it for the purpose of our Evolution by expanding our experience of Who We Are. When we are asleep, these forces play out unconsciously wreaking havoc in our lives and on the Planet.
Individually, our unclaimed Light frequently shows up as the romantic partner onto whom we project our God-image and whom we think we can’t live without. Collectively, our unclaimed Light may manifest itself as the Hollywood celebrity we idolize. Whether placed upon our beloved or a movie star, burdening another individual with our Light is as much an act of violence as is burdening another with our deepest darkness. In doing so, we create an image of the person based upon our own idealism rather than seeing the person as they truly are. We expect the person to live up to the image we have created, and we are disappointed when we eventually discover that our idol’s feet are made of clay. When we project our Light onto another, we fail to recognize one of the most basic needs of every human being – to be seen and acknowledged for our own uniqueness.
Individually, our unhealed Darkness shows up as the qualities in our mate or companions that “push our buttons.” Collectively, our unhealed Darkness may manifest itself as the government leader we despise, or the country, people or ideology with which we find ourselves at war. Whether placed upon our mate or a political figure, when we project our own Shadow onto another human being, we fail to acknowledge their Greatness as an embodiment of God, and we deprive ourselves of the greatest opportunity to heal those aspects of our psyche that most need our love and attention.
Our task in Awakening as spiritual aspirants is to realize our role as Creators of our own reality and to Unify our consciousness such that we experience ourselves as Integral Beings and our world as an Integral World.
The Light and Darkness we experience outside of us are actually aspects of our own consciousness calling for Integration.
The great philosopher and psychiatrist Carl Jung said, “One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious.” Both individually and collectively, we are being called upon to embrace our unclaimed Light and to integrate our Shadow. Those who do will experience Heaven on Earth. Those who do not will eventually find themselves in a hell of their own making, which they will experience reflected back to them in their experience of life and in their world at large. As Within, So Without. So Without, As Within. Mahatma Gandhi said, “You must be the change you wish to see in the world.” This is our opportunity to make a True Difference in the world by creating wholeness within us.
Of the two tasks, reclaiming our Light or integrating our Shadow, perhaps the more challenging of the two is reclaiming our Light. Marianne Williamson captures this most eloquently in her oft-quoted book, A Return to Love: “Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us.” The aspects of our sick, weak and unhealthy ego, having been energized by us for most of our lives, become living entities which we have endowed with life force energy. Like all life forms, they have the basic survival instinct of self-preservation. Rumi, the Beloved Sufi Saint says, “Whoever has seen His face and not been destroyed is not a man — he is a block of marble.” When we approach the Face of God, our unhealthy mental constructs know their days are numbered and often put up a fight of resistance. In my personal experience of working with the people I mentor, I find that people find the status quo familiar and comfortable, and that sometimes human beings would rather stay in a familiar situation that is limiting rather than experiencing a more expansive, vibrant state that is new and uncharted. Starr Fuentes, a fellow Gather Insight author and one of my own spiritual mentors, teaches, “Uncomfortability leads to Englightenment.” If we are willing to experience the temporary discomfort of moving into new territory, the rewards are greater than we can possibly imagine.
In the Teaching of the Lineage of the Tao, it is said, “Act instead of react; and if you must react, notice what you do with your reaction.” We can begin reclaiming our unclaimed Light and healing our Shadow by observing ourselves – simply watching our actions and reactions. When we become conscious that we are engaged in a Shadow Play, we immediately begin to reclaim our Light and integrate our Darkness rather than projecting them on to others. We can further balance our Yin and Yang in this Awareness by engaging in the following Spiritual Practices:
Yin: “There is no space in the Universe – not even one fraction of an inch – where God is not.” We can consciously practice this teaching by blessing everything we gaze upon - all people, places and things - all creatures great and small - for the Lord God made them all. We can practice the Truth that everyone – good or bad – right or wrong – is equal to Self, and in fact, IS Self at the most fundamental level. Whatever we see and experience in another or in our world, is actually an aspect of the Self. By loving, healing and accepting all parts of us, we become integral – Unified Beings.
Yang: “God Dwells within you as You.” We can consciously practice this teaching by becoming aware that at the center of the physical heart, a Bright Blue Windless Flame as big as our right thumb burns without smoke and without heat. This Windless Flame is the Light of the Lord - God Himself. Kneel to yourself - bow down to yourself, honor yourself, for God lives within you (the physical body) as You (the I AM Presence).
Through these practices, we will reclaim our unclaimed Light and heal our Shadow – creating ourselves as Integral Beings and creating an Integral World in which to live. We will truly experience Heaven on Earth. This is my Blessing for each of you for 2011! May you be Blessed!
With Great Love,
