As often as you can, as much as you can and for any reason, laugh, laugh, laugh.
No matter where you are, who you are with, stranger or friend, smile, smile, smile.
No reasons, no excuses, no buts, say yes or no clearly.
For everything obvious, and for everything not so obvious, show gratitude several minutes each day.
Winter, summer, spring or fall, put your face in the sunlight for a minute or more each day (you don’t have to go outside, be next to a window...just as long as you have the sun on your face.)
Everyday find a place that has “good news” read an inspirational short story, a daily meditations book, the Course in Miracles, something to feed your light daily.
Be it lettuce, a berry, an orange or an apple, eat something that is alive.
Water is a miracle worker it flushes anything unlike light out of the body.
Impeccability as above so below. The cleaner and clear your personal areas, the cleaner and clear your mind, heart, conscious and subconscious. Pick up and clean up as much as you can whenever you can daily.
Complete it or throw it out. If you have finished it, used it or worn it in a year, throw it out, give it away or sell it. (Things that cost less than $100.)
Communication with someone else daily. To be part of this world, we must share daily. Communicate something personal to a friend, sponsor, teacher or lover daily.
Help someone else. We get what we give on a daily basis with energy, money advice, love, words or listening help someone else (no rescuing).
