Through your actions, thoughts and deeds, energy accumulates in parts of the aura.

First Stage:  You will start to see stains and food splotches on your clothes where there is a gathering of these energies.

Second Stage: You will find holes appearing in your clothes in those places.

Third Stage: That area of the body becomes affected. The effect may be systemic or may appear as a blockage of energies sometimes manifesting as pain or disease.
